父母其中一方是英國國民，想為BB申請英國國民Passport
由2014年3月21日起，香港的英國國民謢照申請，己全部改為網上申請，同時只有電話+44(0)300 222 000可以查詢，根據[Guide to the online application serivce]有以下2個問題。
1) 根據https://passportapplication.service.gov.uk網上指引，做了payment 之後要sent supporting document 到HM Passport Office, 所指既Supporting document係正本定係copy呢？Sent正本又怕寄失，Sent 副本又覺得唔合理太兒戲。
2) 所謂既countersigatory要識個兒童父母又要同佢無關係，唔係好明白，即係我可唔可以搵親戚朋友做我既countersigatory呢？
[Countersigatory must know the audlt for atleast two years, and must not related to you and must not be in a personalrelationship with you.]
