Dear all,

I have applied tutor time, anfield, and yew chung playgroup for my 15 mon old son. Currently tutor time and anfield offered us position. They both said joining the PG would help getting into their PN. I personally prefer tutortime for following reasons: 1. less displine than anfield, so baby may enjoy a better time next year 2. Mandarin is more emphasized in tutor time 3. closer to kowloon tong station, since we live at Shatin.

But, My question is, if we want our little one go to esf kindergarten in future, is it right to choose tutortime? If other school at kowloon tong has better opportunity to get into esf kindie, I would definitely reconsider.

Exactly the same situation here. Applied four PG programs: YCIS on waiting list; Anfield offered but not taken due to inconvenient location and weak in Mandarin; Tutor Time offered and taken; ESF offered and taken. Plan to have PN at TT and K1 at ESF. Live in Ma On Shan.

My daughter just finished PN at TT and we are quite happy with this school. This coming August, we will attend ESF K1. TT teachers told me, some of the classmates will also study ESF K1.

Thank you Paulstella and cc125 for sharing these valuable info with me. May I know which campus you go to? Suffolk or Dorset? Because we applied rather late and Suffolk needs to wait, so our PG will be Dorset. But people say Suffolk is bigger. Do teachers at Suffolk nice and caring?

To Paulstella, may I know esf PG is at which campus? And did you applied very early?

Suffolk Campus. Dorset is much bigger and nicer, but it's a bit far away from MTR. Suffolk has more PG and PN classes than Dorset, but all K1 & K2 are at Dorset. My daughter is 17 months old and will start PG this August.

As for ESF PG, Wu Kai Sha Campus. It's now open for enrollment, and I have applied on Jul 14 and received confirmation this week. PG will start end of August.

We were in Suffolk Campus too! Don't know much about Dorset campus! For Suffolk, they only have PG and PN. Teachers are very nice and have experience! You need to keep calling them for the vacancy!

i live in shatin too. took anfield and esf pg offers. tried tutor time@suffolk before and it was really good. currently thinking which pn is better.

I am a new Mama and planned to out my son to Anfield / TutorTime for PG & PN, as I saw most of you has offer from this two school, I would like to ask did your babies only speak english at home or both english and cantonese? My son attended both TT and Anfield PG before, but i didnt find there was much difference between the two in terms of exposure to Chinese. I personally prefer Anfield. Very loving teachers and my son learnt alot.
