好唔好!其實要視乎小朋友幾大,因ET以電腦遊戲做互動,若小朋友5-6歲以上會比較合適.

My son is 19 months and he is using it now, he can learn many from this English-Time program.

He even like English-Time more than DWE, i have buy both for him, he always choose English-Time.

我03年買了English-Time，too bed，售後服務極差，
大拿拿24xxx買了幾個月後個Sales（好似係經理級）無做，都唔通知一聲，又完全無人跟進，次次打去客戶服務部好多問題答唔到你，話遲d覆你，十次有八次唔覆，再打去追問，都係答唔到你，問佢上司叫勿名，（連上司個名都唔講）叫佢上司覆我，等咗1個月有多都係唔覆，再電客戶服務部，又係要再等，我足足等了1個半月有多先找到佢個上司林小姐，真係大排
你地唔好以為佢係Time Life ，服務質數會好好，Smart Kids 只不過是代理，佢地公司個playgroup要BB足18個月先可以玩，質數好唔掂，時時給客戶投訢，現在還加價$1368一年，早知買二手好過

有無媽咪買了English-Time唔開心，上來訢訢苦呀！

we bought ET in Jan this year and face the same after sales services issue.  The Product is OK however the customer services and after sales support of SmartKids are very poor.

They just finished selling the product and never will call you up to follow the status of using the ET.  They do not really care how the users using the ET tools.  Customer careness is definitely not their focus.

To be fair the product is more comprehensive than Disney, however the ET sales and their company do not serve their customer with heart and passion.  To achieve the sales target is their ultimate goal.

If you think you can manage the ET on your own and do not expect any after sales services, go ahead.

If you expects a comprehsive followup from the ET sales, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Or you will be angry then.

POOR after sales services and customer services drive you map.  The SmartKid service is garbarge!

Of course it is all up to you to choose the product, just to share our experience.
