"Who's" such word simply does not exist, it is not English!

Who's = who is
(it's = it is)
(what's = what is)
(how's = how is)

e.g. Who's the culprit ?
Who's that ?
What's that ?
How's that ?

"Who's party is in May ? " = Who is party is in May
Therefore wrong.

whose party is in May??

This question is asking about the ownership of a party which is held in May. Therefore, the asnwer should be somebody's party.

Here comes another interesting question - which of the following is right:

(a) "Who's" is the short form for "who is" or "who has".

(b) "Who's" is the short form for "who is" and "who has".
