So, 23 offers were given in the 1st round, that's only 90-23 = 67 left.
~450 are chosen for 1st interview and so the chance of success is 67/450, ~1/15, not easy at all!
One more observation, among the criteria, seems to me the % of interview is not very high. If taken out 15%校長酌情權, i.e. ~35% academic and ECA performance, ~35% interview, ~30% rank order. So, the most important is academic performance.
One question I have, for the rank order, is it considering the 1st and 2nd exams or only the 1st exam?
