我住馬鞍山唔知邊間好呢? 幾時先要報名架? (現時8月大)

聽人講"綠茵"都幾好...不過好似話得中文教授咋?

你地有冇小B曾經讀過呢?

你指嘅係唔係幼稚園？我都係住馬鞍山，我亞仔讀緊頌安邨嘅靈糧幼稚園。佢不知讀得幾開心，老帥又有愛心，又多活動搞。中文、英文及普通話都可以學到。聲名不錯！佢嘅正校喺銅鑼灣，好出名架！不過要有心理準備Ｄ家長要參與很多活動及同小朋友做projects！呢間學校我覺得都係值得推介的！

My niece studied in 綠茵 PN class, then, changed to St. Cath for K1-3, now studying in DG. I am also thinking of sending my girl to 綠茵...

I visited BoxHill at its open day a few weeks ago, its playgroup is very expensive, $200/hr...

I don't know but I don't think they have any class for less than 2 yrs old. My niece joined when she was 2 yrs old.

My daughter studied at Greenfield (i.e. Luk Yan) for Pre-nursery class (2 years old). Not sure if it was because of her class teacher or the traditional approach, she didn't like go to school. Therefore, we send her to Ling Liang to study K1 when she was three, and now she's already a K2 student. She's really really really happy at this school. She wants to go to school even when she's sick. Hwr, Ling Liang doesn't hv much homework, and the students usually learn thru doing activities, e.g. singing, dancing, project assignment (which usually require involvement of parents)....

Greenfields 有playgroups on every Tue, Thur and Sat 11:00am - 12:00noon and is taught in English. It costs HK$100 per class and is only conducted in the Ma On Shan Center one (i.e. not the one in The Tolo Place). Besides, it only accepts toddlers above 18 months.

For me, my little girl is going to be 18 months in sept05; hence, I'm planning to send her to join the playgroup in sept05 to see whether she likes the school or not. In fact, I'm thinking about sending her to Greenfields or Boxhill in Sept06. Any other comments!!

My elder daughter attended its prenursery fm Sep  2002  to Aug 2003.
I applied in May 2002 n was admitted after a simple interview.  No difficulty at all.
Traditional teaching, not sure about your baby's characters, but it's not suitable for my daughter.  As mentioned in previous message, she was scared to go to school when she studied in Greenfield.

I just went to Greenfield for site visit and they have playgroup for 18m old. Tue/Thu/Sat, $100 per 1 hour. However, I heard that it is from 3:30-4:30pm, not the same as winniepoon's info. maybe I heard it wrong. It is better for you mums to call and confirm.
