Maths is not difficult. My daughter never needs our help to prepare for the Maths tests. Actually she did not prepare for the tests. Her marks were not high, but acceptable.
I guess that you are referring to the 2nd test on 3/3/05. The 1st test should be on 28/1/05.
After each test, my daughter usually told us the lowest score, which she heard. She did not tell us about those who got a 100. In fact, she was trying to tell us that she was not the worst. So, for the 2nd test, I know that some got 70+, which is not too bad.
The 3rd test will be held this Friday. The coverage is the same as the 2nd test (i.e. all of the P1 textbooks). I believe that it is normal to have two tests for testing the whole of P1 Maths. They are now teaching the P2 Maths textbooks.
My daughter did not care about the tests. She is more interested in 大長今 and 殘酷一丁.
In the last test, when she was asked to prepare for the test, she only did a few exercises in iclassroom and then she watched the Maths cartoons in iclassroom.  |
