i only know Tutor Time K1, i think TT is good, they learn through play but they will learn phonics during the class, i heard their children speak lots of madarin & english at school when i visited their campus.
it cost $ HK5600. per month, no other fee
personlly, i suggust 2 1/2 yr, to let child study.
