我自己理解 'he does just as I please.' 指 he does something in a way that I like/feel happy. 佢做咗件事, 而做的方法型式正是我喜歡的.

但加埋前面嗰句, 我就唔係好估到想表達什麼. 應要再睇前幾句'HE'做咗D乜.
請高人指教

喺呢度，he係解老鼠（the mouse），he's 係he is 的縮寫，成句係解老鼠從來沒有被任何貓捕捉。

He does just as I please 係解決老鼠所做的都係我所喜悅的。
