小朋友今年小一.老師選他當了班長.但是問題亦隨之而來.好多時候老師在講課的時候.就會叫他去其他樓層找學生.老師.或者作一些傳遞訊息的.拿書等等.變成好多時候上不了課.長久下去.我真的怕對成績會有影響.我應該怎樣做呢.
但是小朋友又好想當班長,他說想幫同學做事~

Same to my daughter...She has to run errunds all the times and miss the things that the teachers teach during class. She's quite big in size. Teachers always ask her to go to the Teachers' Room all the time to get this and that (even her own water bottle...). Every day, my daughter will tell me the times she goes up to level 7 (can up to 8 times a day). Sometimes, even for lunch, she only gets 10 mins... She even has to be little teacher to teach her classmates. But sometimes I think, it's no harm for her to take more responsibities and these eventually help her build up her ability on prioritizing her work and sincerity on helping others.

Guess what, even if she doesn't 當班長anymore, the teachers still ask her for help.

Of course, from reality point of view, your kid will get a credit at the end of the semester.

是的。而且經常會這樣。有時到其他樓層攞薄，有時找其他班級的學生。好多時係快要放學時才叫他去。導致家課日誌抄不完。變成他是最後一個自己留在班房執書包放學，走之前還要抹黑板。上課又幫老師看同學乖不乖，站在班房後面上課。我自己就覺得真係好影響小朋友喇。所以先至發呢個帖！

阿女冇講在堂上要走嚟走去，但在小息午飯時間又真係要周圍去，開頭係抄唔切手冊，但提點佢午飯後再對一對，習慣咗之後又冇乜嘢。
做班長係一D好特別嘅經歷，唔淨止攞學期尾credit，好似我阿女話其他班長懶到 c，淨係得佢一個儍婆咁走上走落，佢都要學識處理呢 d人際關係㗎！

我囡小二, 都是班長, 佢話同學不舒服, 又要佢帶同學去醫療室, 每次都是我囡帶, 我問, 沒有其他班長, 佢話老師叫佢,
時常跑來跑去, 我囡已經好廋, 回來都話好累, 又要去校務處, 高年級班房, 有時又要幫老師拿簿去高年級班房.... 做班長簡直苦工.

其實家長唔洗禁“心痛”小朋友走上走落做“苦”工（只要唔好喺上課時間就OK）。咪睇少幫老師做d濕星野、跑腿之類，唔好禁市儈話加乜野操行分呀，會寫喺成績表呀，其實心態正確的話，喺可以訓練小朋友自理力、責任心&自信心。從另一角度睇，點解老師個個唔叫，喺要叫你？欣賞你囉。你幫得手囉。信任你可以勝任囉。致yu上緊堂要走出走入，影響學習，家長可在家長日時向老師表示關注。

其實不需要太擔心我反而覺得這是一個很好的學習機會..我女都係做小組長日日都要收簿行來行去返到屋企都話好累...但我就趁這個機會同女講老師係因為信任妳並且妳做野有交待先叫妳做妳應該覺得開心....我女聽完之後就沒抱怨過直到依家上左手之後反而覺得簡單...並且可以指導其他小朋友寫手冊...這小小的舉動無形中建立左同學之間的友誼同建立自我信心...我反而多謝老師給左個機會阿女有一個學習既機會^^.

我小兒都有幸做小一班長, 其實都係一個學習, 自信心, 責任心, 同同學相處/亙相幫助, 同女班長溝通如何合作......佢好ENJOY, 學業無咩問題, 仲因為班長令到佢會緊記學生應有的責任.....準時返學, 做齊功課, 努力溫習, 守規則.....暫時小一適應不錯...加油!

我贊成同鼓勵阿仔做班長就係想陪養佢有助人自助嘅心，班長呢個銜頭亦比左好多動力佢，如果佢勝任的話，credit亦係佢應得嘅

我個仔不是班長，但佢成日主動幫老師去呢度去嗰度(班主任話我知), 也是上上落落樓梯。其實我諗做班長學到的東西，不是書本上能學到，也是一個寶貴的經驗。做媽咪不防放開些，也只是做一個學期吧了。

老師咁奇怪嘅。
首先，擦黑板唔喺值日生做嘅咩？
上課時記名，不是轉堂先要咩，學生上堂曳唔喺老師睇到處理，要小朋友做，一年級佢哋好大責任喎，會好易另佢唔專心喎。
第三，仲奇，上上吓堂叫學生去這去那，真的咁急？！
幾時喺家長日，順便反應吓，睇老師如何解話？！

問了小朋友，不是所有老師都這樣。只是某一個老師特別多事情要幫忙。好像今天這樣，上課的時候又叫他去高年級去找幾個學生。班上剛好有搞活動。小朋友回來時已經完結。變成他沒得玩，有點不開心。

但真是成日被老師叫你do this and that, go to here and there...and during classes, during recesses and even lunch..My kid just have 10 mins for lunch for a period of three months last year...i don't mind my daughter to take up more responsbility, but it's not just take it for granted.  She even has to do like to take teacher's bottle from Teachers' room...she even once carried two sets of homework (one set meaning 30 homework) in a environmental bag and hold the bag in her arm, then her hand (the one holding the bag) held the water bottle and then her another hand, carry another set of homework and walked from second floor to 7th floor...another occassion is again she was holding a lot of stuff and she fell down.  Great is that it's just the last step of the staircase and she just hurt a bit...

My daughter was not 班長 at the beginning of this school year, but due to the  男班長not responsible at all, he was fired and class teacher asked my daughter to take his post...

Today, my daughter told me due to the fact she has to run errund again this Monday, she missed the part her teacher asked her class to do (homework) and her classmate has forgotten to tell her so she got a very low rate for that homework.  Obviously that teacher has forgotten she was not in the classroom...but in fact, this always happens...her teachers in previous years were good, they would write a note and attached it to her homework, but this year, hmm

班長只喺做一個學期，唔喺一年架。要“公平”嘛。

我地學校一人一職，有冷氣長（負責開冷氣）、班長、黑板長、科長、通告長。。。。邊洗一個人做曬？

我女小一時班長係兩三個月就換架喇, 班上其他的一人一職就會一學期, 甚至一年, 但班長就會換得密啲, 等大家都有機會有班長, 聽亞女講, 老師試過同某啲同學仔 set 條件, 如果做到某啲野, 就下次輪到佢做班長.
