我bb6個月大, 考慮緊俾佢試下番以上2間playgroup, 請問大家有冇意見俾到我呢? 唔該!!

To Eggplanttomato,
Then have to see which country you are now.. We live in New York, staten Island.. Amanda went there since last Sept.. that is perfect for kids from 3 months to school age.. Teachers are all well trained.. all of them have the child care licenses.
In hong kong, we went there twice only.. because of our family trip in hk.. Amanda needs to take her class in hk (all are well linked.. so don't need to worry even travel.. they got Gymboree at about 60 coutries world wide.).. the one in hk at Garden road, but don't really recommand.. as too fewer kids in a class, teacher is too young, I am a child care worker and a registered nurse.. a bit disappointed for the HK location.. the place is big.. about 2000 square feet.. but only 3-5 kids in one class.. the teaching session doesn't meet the child development. (may be because I went on Wednesday every week.. the same teacher.. also at afternoon time).
But Gymboree is really good in USA...
If you are in USA... 100% suggest!

yeah Gymboree in US or Canada is really good. But I don't think the money is worth for the session I took in HK.

My son attended the Kindermusilk class from Art Plus when he was 8 months old and he attended the gymboree (crawler class) when he was 11 months old. Kindermusilk lets the babies and their parents to sing and dance together under the instruction of a tutor, there will also be the story time and exercises. For gymboree, it provides a safe and clean area with facilities for the babies to crawl/play/climb/slide with their parents (then there will be about 15 minutes for all the babies to play bubbles and sing some songs together).

From my experience, both playgroup are nice. If you want your baby to do something under a tutor's guidance and prefer a more 'quiet style' playgroup, you can choose Kindermusilk. If you want your baby to crawl and explore in a more 'active style', you can choose Gymboree.

Tons of thanks for all your opionions.

Nillie_Mami, you think Gymboree hk isn't as good as it's in US just because there are too few students in one class and the teacher is too young? If that's so, it is still worth my time to try a trial lesson in WEEKEND to see if the situation is different. Or there're some other reasons?

wabb, from your description, I think it'll be a good idea to send our babies to Kindermusilk class from Art Plus when they're still not so mobile, and then move on to Gymboree when they grow old enough to have better muscle coordination, right?

Anyway, I'll try to see if I can have trial lesson with the 2.
