For P1 boys, are there any summer classes (I mean organized by LSPS) that they need to attend before commencement of P1 in Sept?
I am planning my holidays.

They have a range of summer activities for P1 boys 自由參加 like basketball, soccer, table tennis, swimming etc. you can choose to attend or not. 不過個人覺得參加咗D仔會快D適應學校環境。而且七月中要回校買書做校服、八月中又要開家長會。每年的日子未必一樣。我都是這原因今年唔敢plan任何holiday, until 有晒schedule 後才考慮D short holiday.

七月中要回校買書做校服 - is there any other alternatives, like buying from Swindon, etc ?

其實通告寫明你可以係外面買書同校服，不過咪仲煩，不如一次過係學校買咪算喇

The summer activities usually finished one week before 1st of September. You can plan ahead for holiday in the last week of August. Parent can also be enrolled as helper and get familar with the school culture.

School uniform can be bought from outside such as Gold X...and Books can be bought at Wah Fat (at Kowloon City). Wah Fat is the supplier for books.

So, sounds like there are no summer classes (I mean related to English, Chinese and Maths). Some schools have such classes during Summer with homework, which I don't like.
