1 sight reading only.
For aural, it depends on the grade and questions. Most of the music would be played twice except modulation.(higher grades)

Grade 3:
A) The clapping test would be played once only. might play again when needed only (very rare)
B) each singing phrase would be played once only as well and the kids need to sing and give reaction at once
C) the phrase would be played twice and the 2nd time would be with changes
D) The examiner will play the piece once only. Afterward, they would ask questions about Major/Minor + one more questions on tempo, dynamic or articulation.

about the response time... really depend on the examiners. Some would allow the kids to think longer.

Don't worry or think too much after the exam!

But if you regard the examiner really gave too little time for your kid, you might contact HKEAA.
