my daughter is now in Casa (similar as K1) . She started with ICSM when 18 moths, first play group, then pre-casa, now Casa. Playgroup teachers are just ok. the best teachers i would like are in Pre-Casa. My daughter was very happy and learned a lot from Pre-Casa. Montessori itself very emphasis independent. So kids there are doing activity by themselves, less interaction with other kids. But anyway, we love the school a lot as it fits our daughter's personality. Just the school fees is very expensive.
Oh also, in Pre-Casa or Casa, they all have both English teachers and Mandarin Teachers in the class everyday. I remembered in Pre-Casa, 20 sth students, there were 2 head teachers, 1 Mandarin teacher and 2 TA in the classroom for 2 hrs |
