Did you visit both schools?
How do you think the convenience from your home (walk distance or by traffic).
I've visited 2 schools before and find 二校 facilities is more 'new". But I think you may also need to consider their teachers / principal / academic level.
I will choose 二校 because it seems that the school environment is better.
