very expensive and for most of the time, parents play with their own kids with very little input from teachers.

If I remember correctly, we paid around $5,000++ a month for 3 days a week class, and 90 minutes each class. If u are attending for 5 days a week, that would be around $8,000 a month. Same price as their kindergarten.
I think they are more expensive now...
I can't comment if it's good or not, cause we didn't go to any other play groups.
We chose to go there simply because it's close to our place.
Your kid is almost guaranteed a place at their PreN and kindergarten if you attend the playgroup, not sure bout now though.
