Yes. Cos they only have 90 placement in Reception and more than 800 applicants this year. Siblings, corporate debenture holders, alumni kids, staff kids, they all have priorities.

I called the school and the admission lady said the interview performance of the candidates is more important than whether you have bonds or not coz it is not paid until you are accepted. Also the website indicates clearly that the school is looking for good ones

But the point is how you can get an interview offer? From this year and onwards, not every kid will be invited for interview. They may not be able to show how good they are.

Yes you are right not every applicant is invite for interview so we really don't know the requirement.
