As far as I know, there is the only one in HK now that has certified piano teacher of Suzuki method.
Suzuki in Japan is very famous to teach preschoolers in violin ( start age 2 ) and piano ( by age 4 ). Since the cirrumculum of the 100 music pieces is very delicately chosen, such that one piece to the following next differs only in one string chord technique , it is so designed to make it easy for kids to master.
This method also differs from conventional one, that stress on training in a small group and also the parents have to learn together such that you know how to practise at home with your kids.
It not only trains musical techniques in musical instruments like violin and piano, but also the concentration, politeness, performance and confidence in front of a group.
For more details, you can search by google . For Sunflower Musical Centre in Tai Wai , only Mr. Kan ( the boss I assumed ) is the licensed teacher in this method.
All Suzuki teachers are registered with a recognised Suzuki musical faculty like in UK, Canada, USA or Japanese. You can check if one is really a licensed one by asking where he/she registered and check the related website. I learnt from the feedback of my friends who learnt the lessons with their kids is quite good, and I'm on the waiting list for my 19 months old son too.
