This is my understanding too. North Point Man Sang is very strong in their NET environment. Their NET's accent is more like American accent. I met other NETs in other schools but you may tell from their accent that they are from different countries. However, this is the only school without voucher among the three you mentioned.
KCS is famous as they have strong Mandarin background while they are voucher school. If Mandarin is a key to you, no doubt you should choose KCS. Their class size is relatively bigger.
Methodist Church is a happy school. The best thing is that many students can go to Methodist primary (Although is all about your address and lucky draw, students may knock on the door and get higher chances getting back in). So if you are targeting at their P1, then this is the right KG for your kid.

Thanks, ffaye. I am so glad to read your comments, I was thinking of applying to Man Sang initially. At least I won't now, as I am certainly not keen on my daughter speaking with an American accent. Even traditional ESF kids speak with an American accent these days.
Thanks, then I must choose man sang. Language environment is something I cannot give at home, even if I give money to learn outside! For reading Chinese, reading English books, I can teach very good.but not oral eng. For mandarin, as long as you are Chinese and speaking Cantonese, children pick up very easily. And many primary schools will now progress to mandarin in Chinese lesson. So I really dont worry for mandarin!
