My girl is in pm class and at the last stop. I called the school staff and told them the unacceptable attitude of the school bus company and was learnt that there are more students using school bus service this year. However, the school bus company has only changed to a big school bus instead of breaking it into two cars. That's why it always late. Poor management of the school bus compnay.
Talked with the driver, they said already told his company there's too many stations on one route.
They said the only way just let sch complain to 康和 to split it
Yes, I encourage parents to lodge complaints to school too and let the school reflect the situation to the school bus compnay. The school may consider not renewing the contract next year if the it doesn't improve.

The school bus company itself has a lot of problems - management, communication, staff attidutde, etc. The school should have also been aware of these problems, but why no follow-up? why tolerate? My girl is now is K1 and i hope it will improve. I will reflect the situation to the appropriate party or more senior management when appropriate.
I was learnt that almost all of the school bus services in Ho Man Tin (probably for kindergarten) are chartered by Hong Wo. That's why we need to reflect the true situation to the schools and make them considering using another school bus company in next contract.
