If money is not a problem, why don't you let your son study IS now, and then hire a private tutor to teach Chinese? Or find a school that teaches Chinese as well?
Canossa is a good school with sufficient support to students with special needs. I suggest you go to their school link to learn more about this school. I checked it previously and comments are mostly positive.
