Any comments regarding the two kindergartens?  Is Precious Blood a one dragon school?  Both the primary allocations seem quite good.   

靈糧堂 have NET but seems like PB are local English teachers?

Please kindly share.

Why would you prefer LL over PB?  In what terms e.g. environment, teachers, syllabus...etc,.?
