On that day, only a couple of hours to handle this. You need to identify the target school(s), I only consider max 2. I did the same as like_travel recommended to touch base with the target schools to evaluate the chance. One admission officer briefly understood my son's profile, he told me to come before 11:00, as those spaces are first come first serve bases.
I also put the two school in the 1-2 of the lucky darw list. I downloaded the form and fill it in with the portfolio and picture...... Don't drive, take a taxi or ask a friend to drive and stand by outside the school.
