After attending the P1 seminar, I am surprised that the school had adopted adult learning module, due to my work nature, I have the chance to know some training for surgeons and also know the learning module for the medical school. wKF mentioned reflection, problem based learning which is the common approach in learning, and they emphasis teachers is not going to teach, they are facilitator rather than teach! As teach is kind of a dirty word in learning. I really appreciated their teaching approach and this is definitely one of my target school !!!
