I would choose am section as children learn quicker in morning than afternoon. Also, does your daughter want afternoon sleeps?? You have to consider this point.

But Precious Blood has primary and secondary sections? Is this correct? Can promote through?
And is this your concern?

Very hard to decide, right? Ask people who are studying in those two schools for comments!

If LLC accepts your girl in AM, would you choose it for sure? If yes, write them a letter. I think this will increase your chance.

Is your girl "big girl" or "little girl"?

I will choose 香港靈糧堂 because it is more famous than 寶血 even though 香港靈糧堂 accepted your baby in PM session.

Born in 2002 Aug, right? Then Athena would be the smallest girl in class. I think it is OK for since girls are more "mature" than boys. At this age, I think Athena already did very well in interviews!

There is a forum on "request AM letter", have you taken a look at it?

I have written one such letter last year when I applied pre-nusery for Sammi. But it was unsuccessful. So I don't think it is a "good" sample. In addition, since the content is quite specific to Sammi, I'm not sure whether it is applicable to Athena. Nevertheless, if you are still interested, I am happy to share it with you.

Today my wife met another daddy at the hospital. His daughter is studying at LLC K3 now. He said his daughter gets a place in St Paul Convent Primary School. This sounds amazing to me since SPC accepts almost all students from SPK, the spaces left to outsiders are very very limited.

This, if true, of course has to do with the the child and how well her parents raise her. But I think LLC may also deserve some merits.
