got offer from 德雅 and have 20 marks in 1st round for 官小, can any one give advice on these 2 schools based on education level, teacher's quality and chance in entering band 1 secondary school in the future, both have their backup secondary school, which one get high chance?
Very trouble!:(

德雅學術水平較高一點
因為學校課程教快半年至一年
尤其要英文一科
德雅入英中(98%)机會較官小高一點

另, 荃灣區英中只得3間根本不足以滿足區內的band1小學生, 所以....我覺得揀深水埗网較安全!
(只是個人意見而已)

揀小學~住宅地址
揀中學~學校网
兩者略有不同!

其實官小唔洗$, 的確很吸引, 同埋往後小朋友的仔仔女女亦可follow.

我小朋友讀德小, 很開心, 不過都有壓力!
而且學校小班教學, 老師照顧亦很全面.
另外, 睇吓你位小朋友係男仔定女仔, 因為深水埗區多女校, 有上智, 聖母玫瑰及德雅中學等.

升中派位之第二階段即是"統一派位"。
分為甲乙兩部分:

甲部可選不受地區限制的三間心儀中學。

乙部只可以選該區中學及少量跨區中學。

choice 1) 因為本身學生是在所屬校網就讀，順理成章學生自動成為所得校網之學生，並有權在就讀小學填選該校網表內之中校。

choice 2) 學生家長亦有權選擇自己原居地區之中學，教局有兩次轉校網時間機會，但必須出示相關證明才可轉校網。

Mine is daughter, it is the fact that the secondary school allocation result attract me at the beginning.
德小 means Tak Nga? I think little pressure is sometimes good! if yes, what are the pressure you consider, can you share? thanks!

See, so if I choose the primary school in SSP net, then I can have a choice on both SSP net or Tsuen Wan net in the future, as I live in Tsuen Wan, right?
But is that the rule similar to what we face in primary school selection for 2nd round, you got higher ranking in selecting the school filled in the form if you are band 1 student then vice versa, sorry for asking too much question on this, anyway I may go on checking this, thanks!

我只覺得ssp好過tw网 (兩者比較而已)唔等同ssp係全港最好個网
因為tw网只得3間英中

我都係住荃灣,囡囡收到德雅的offer，之前自行15分報的馬灣基慧。依家都唔知要唔要摶大抽奬？
唔知德雅的壓力大唔大？是傳統教學嗎？

德雅過往都係有結果(政府派位)之後才交費的
為確保個私位, 一般先交幾佰元註冊費
德雅是傳統的天主教私小

If accept TN's offer,

the advantages are:

1. better result in secondary allocation as more band 1 school(to be verified)
2. a little bit higher education standard
3. free school fee

the disadvantages are:

1.longer travelling time (1 hour more than HPSPS and the school bus stop quite far away from my estate), less rest time

2. monthly school fee $2.5k (approx)

Still be trouble on choosing between them!
