i totally agree with u!! i just made a complaint about her last 2 weeks!! my son is in UKA(K3) class there. He is going to P.1 after this summer.
i cant understand how she can still work as a receptionist there for 3 yrs now with her ignorant attitude.....
if the principal there, she may hardly smile at u! everytime i brought my son to the school, she'll just look at u with her bad face! like this parent said, " pointing her nose upwards, and continue doing her job while answering u"......the basic manner while talking to people!!
those teachers among the school has no communication!! i passed the message to that Ms Kong ....asked her to tell my son's class teacher .....ONE WORD comments on this school...CHAOS!!
......the school fee is not cheap!!! with this kind of service, they cants stay longer in Yuen Long..(because she is the one who always answer the phone , she is like a bridge between the school and the parents).....
i hope the principal can do something about that......make a wise decision or retrain her .....arrange her to take some "communication course"....thats really important as a receptionist!!
