Presuming that you have the same points for both schools, you should choose 喇沙 if you live in Kolwoon & St. Joseph if you live in Hong Kong.
Both are equally good schools & both are equally difficult to get in so just choose one near you.
To tell the truth, if you only have 20 points, the chance of getting into either LS or St Jo is small (not impossible but small).
I don't think there is a significantly better chance to get into either of them.
Of course if you live in either Net 41 or Net 12, you'll have a better chance in the lottery round for LS or St Jo respectively.
