Yes basically in English, but with mandarin and cantonese class too.

Baby can learn languages very fast. My daughter doesn't have difficulty in understand english / cantonese and she can distinguish both. i.e. speaks english to my maid and cantonese to us.

If you're looking for local chinese school, i dun think they can offer you low teacher: student ratio.
