The extra curricular activity time scheduled from 3:15 - 4:10pm, do we have to join these activities? What time does the school bus leaves after school? Is it 3pm or 4:10pm?

1) For ECA, some of these are open for parents to choose on whether they would like their kids to join or not. There are also activities like school choir training, in which your kids are selected by the school to participate.
2) The school day ends at around 3 pm, and the ECA will start after 3 pm. If student doesn't join ECA, they can take the normal shift school bus that leaves school at around 3:10 pm. For those that joins the ECA, there will be buses leaving school at around 4 pm and also 5 pm as well. Thus, students can take either one, depending on the length of ECA that they join.
Anyway, the school bus arrangement is pretty good.

More on the school bus arrangement:
1) 3 pm => Normal shift / routes school bus arranged for those students that don't need to take ECA. You can download the table in the school web site link and it seems you already know the link.
2) 4:10 pm (only runs from Monday to Thursday) => 8 routes (not all) are available for those students that need to take ECA. They are from KTS to:
- Route 2B: Telford Garden / Kwun Tong
- Route 2B1: Whampoa Garden
- Route 3B: Wong Tai Sin / Kwun Tong
- Route 3B1: Tseung Kwan O
- Route 5B: Ma On Shan
- Route 5B1: Shatin
- Route 6B: Tsuen Wan
- Route 6B1: Mei Foo / Tsing Yi
3) 5:10 pm (also runs from Mon to Thurs only) => 3 routes are available for those students that need to take ECA.
- Route A: Whampoa / Telford / Lam Tin / TKO
- Route B: Wong Tai Sin / Shatin / Ma On Shan
- Route C: Kowloon Tong / Mei Foo / Lai King / Tsuen Wan
You don't need to pay extra if your kid take those special shift bus.

再一次多謝你. 這正是我想要的資料,非常詳盡. 不過我在KTS web site 找不到 "B and B1"路線. 請問在那裡可以找到?

These are posted to the current KTS parents only in the parents e-circular section within the KTS school web site. I highlighted the key stops below and the exact route table has more details.
If you are interested in knowing more on a particular route, I can type bit more details here.

Is there any route going back to Tsing Yi at 5:10pm? I saw your list in which Route C only going to Lai King / Tsuen Wan etc.

The exact stops for Route C are:

Stop 1 (17:25 pm): 九龍塘火車站
Stop 2 (17:45 pm): 美孚蘭秀道
Stop 3 (18:05 pm): 華景山莊18座
Stop 4 (18:30 pm): 綠楊新村潮江春
Stop 5 (18:40 pm): 海濱花園

There is no stop in Tsing Yi.

Perhaps you will have to arrange pick up in either Stop 4 or 5 in Tsuen Wan.
