Two schools have different approaches.
For Mansang path, it is a local school. Traditional teaching approach. But for 浸幼 graduates, they usually go to its primary school < BU Wong Kam Fai (WKF)>, it is a creative school which is not a local school. More like international type, project approach, billingual envt, happy learning.....
My son's ex-PN classmates went to Mansang in K2, he got promoted to primary school without the need to be interviewed. His mother is released without any pressure to apply primary schools. She just applied two other really favourite and famous primary schools, i.e. to try his luck. Though all failed, still got Mansang......
You are right that competitions for kids born in 2008 is more more keen..... My son born in 2005 and it is a very difficult process for primary school applications..... So I will opt for those kinders with ancillary primary schools for my daughter though she belongs to the big group in 2008.

有stafford, 浸幼同民生收了,打算讀民生,因為看到考小學真係一年比一年難,小兒在8月生,發展又慢,比起1-5月生的真的差一大段距離,在IN KLN TONG D幼稚園時已經比下去了,真不能期望考小一時會有突破
