唔知有冇人既親戚朋友系去緊/去過芬蘭留學呢﹖小妹黎緊考AL，升大學既機會一半半，所以宜家開始諗定升唔到點算好。唔會讀HD/ASSO，有諗過幾個選擇︰1.去台灣讀大學 2.反大陸讀大學 3.去芬蘭讀。宜家聽講好似仲系唔洗錢，唔知仲系咪呢﹖同埋如果真系去芬蘭讀有咩手續要搞咖﹖我想讀環境/教育既，希望會有人答我啦﹗

Why Finland? Do you know Finnish or Swedish? Actually, Finland does not take in undergraduates from foreign countries in general. The only HK students I know going to Finland are those on exchange programs from universities.
If you look for free university education, why not France? It is almost free. In my days, the universities were almost begging us to take up the scholarships for going there. It is still relatively easy if you know the language.
Actually, university education in HK is also free if your family background warrants it.

間接識得2個香港學生今年入讀芬蘭大學, 佢地話係用英文上堂, 一個讀完F.5去exchange 一年, 第二年再返去就入大學, 另一個係香港讀完F.6過去升大學

Apparently I was wrong. You can actually study a degree in Finland without really knowing the language. They do have some universities and polytechnics taking in international students. And they are free. I have also found the following official website which should be useful for students considering studying in the country which is often considered to have one of the best education systems in the world.

Thanks for ur infomations!!! The reason why I am not consider France is I don't know French, also I know study in France, student should be able to speak French fluently and need to finish some tests to check ur level of French. Do u know any infomation about study in Finland? Because I am planning that I will study in Finland after my AL exam, and it is hard to find those infomations on internet:-|

There is a lot of information in the website I mentioned. Have you checked it out? Again, language is still an issue, believe me.

Yes I've checked it before, and I may study Finnish when I study there. Some websites said most Finnish can speak fluent English, so I think it is not a big problem for me. Thanks for ur reply:]

申請芬蘭學生簽證, 要有經濟證明, 起碼要預備歐羅6000一年. 即係6-7萬港元一年. 年年續期, 還要買定health insurance. 咁比起到英美讀書, 又真的平好多.
不過北歐的生活唔知係點既呢? 同埋聽講生活指數都好高下.
如果只靠英文, 唔識當地語言, finnish or swedish, 會唔會都幾悶下呢? 唔知芬蘭多唔多人識講英文既呢?
唔識當地語言, 基本上係搵唔到工做.
另外, 天氣亦偏冷, 夏天零晨太陽都未落山, 冬天日照時間非常短, 有些地方可能有些日子係睇唔到太陽, 零下20度係平常事.
青年人自己一個到咁遠既國家, 環境同香港差咁遠, 未必人人都可以應付到. 如果有些short course, 可以先去體驗下. 真係鍾意先去讀. 讀大學一讀就三年, 並不是那麼簡單.

另外, 讀完大學之後, 在哪裏工作呢? 在芬蘭工作, 要懂流利的本地語言才容易找到工作. 如果回香港工作, 學位被認可嗎?
芬蘭的大學, 除了免費之外, 還有甚麼特出之處?

多謝你既留言。其實你講果啲野我都有諗過，本身打算AL唔得既就出國讀書，加上去芬蘭比起去英國平得多，同埋本人又想讀教育，而且太多數芬蘭人都識講英文，語言基本問題都okay，因為真系過到去都會讀finnish。不過其實去到邊個國家都會有homesick，所以我都冇乜點諗呢方面。多謝晒ching你既意見呀:)
