Basically the best way is to call the kindergartens you will apply and ask them directly. Although the kindergartens are on summer holiday but they will have office staff working (may be shorter office hour) so there will be someone to answer you directly.
Be aware, some kindergartens have started their application process already but majority will start in September/October.
