聖保羅堂 has no direct connection with 聖保羅男女中學附屬小學, so there is no such thing as 直升.
In fact, only a handful of 聖保羅堂 kids get into 聖保羅男女中學附屬小學 every year.
According to their own website, only 5% of their kids got in last year.
So whether you are talking about actual number or percentage of successful applicants, they do not particularly stand out, & certainly not in the same league as 寳山, or even 聖公會.
The kind of kids SPCC look for smart, polite, confident and with great self discipline. The 自由自在發展 type of kindergarten is more likely to allow kids to go their own way so .........if you choose this kind of school for your kid, you have to train them on our own. However it will be difficult.
Statistically 寳山 is head & shoulder above the rest - > 30 (?33 last count) out of a total of 48 K3 students were accepted.
Next would be 聖公會 - 25 out of 120 got in (not sure if this is just 鐵崗 site or including 畢拉山 site also - this was from a BK thread last year).
Together with the 15 from Victoria, almost half of the P1 intake has already been accounted for.
Other than these, I'm not aware of other kindergartens with any 'bulk' acceptance of note.
Perhaps other parents can shed some light on this.
