we have four babies arranged in one room. they have to follow the teachers' instructions. my girl could follow most of the instructions except the last instruction to pull the car. she also failed to say thank you when the teacher gave her a gift.
I think the interview is quite difficult for a 15 mths old girl.
But overall, I have good impression on this school as their interview so formal. Hope she can get in.
my girl is 16 mths and doesn't talk (only mummy, daddy and baby). 3 teachers (during our interview) did not ask my girl to talk but give her some instructions to follow, like shake hands, collect the toys, play with the toys. At last, they have to follow teachers' singing but I can see no kids can follow (even the K1 kids). Maybe they are too shy to follow while my girl is too young to follow. Anyway, I wish my girl can get in too.
i thought the interview is only for PN? my interview time was 12pm. there were 5 (including my son) in the group. i can see the age really makes a difference. i believe my son is 'bigger' (21 months) than the other kids as i saw some kids can't even walk properly. my son managed to perform all the tasks except saying 'banana' & 'yellow' and 'thank you', but he has reaction to all of them.
our interview time is 11am. actually the color of the apple (name) already identify the baby group. my girl is 16 months only. the girl next to me is also same age but i can see that the teachers spent more than on her than mine. i think the chance is low but a good experience for future interviews. good luck all.
