It was more like a game than interview. ( I am talking about 2 years ago) The kids were in a group of 5 or 6. Teacher played a soudtrack and they listened to a story. Then teacher asked the kids questions. According to my child, everyone got chances to answer or speak. She told me it was fun when she came out. And the best part eas everyone got a candy from the teacher. I guess the atmosphere is kind of relax for them. I hope you all parents and kids can relax. Good luck to you all.
