I wonder there are other differences between these two schools, particularly the languages used in teaching.
My impression is that 救恩 is a Chinese primary school, i.e. all subjects are taughted in Chinese except English language. I am not a parent of 救恩, please clarify if this is wrong.
Charlotte_mom - What is the case in 港同?
For the home work load, I know that about 4 assignments a day for a P.2 student this year in Kau Yan. I think this is a bit too much if you want more time for reading at home.
