I don't think that would work, they mainly look at how sincere you are in applying theit school. Or unless you have some connection that can write u a recommendation letter.
Those famous gov't/aided schools can change to DSS if they want, in fact, the Education dept also want them to change. But there must be some reasons that these schools don't want to change. Like Wah Yan, they think that good education shouldn't only cater for these who can afford to pay. |
