When you register with the KG, the KG will give you the form or you can download it from the website. You can apply throughout the year, but most students will apply in April to June so that they can have the certificate to be presented to school in August so that they can have the reduction in Sept. Otherwise, you have to pay the full school fee first and the KG wil refund the amount to you once you present the certificate to the school.

Some kindergartens will distribute the forms to you also as you registered. The form should be available early next year, around January/February and then you can fill it in and return. It will take around 2 months for them to send the certificate back to you.

The kindergarten will ask you to submit this certificate and it will be kept with them for the 3 years. The tuition fees will be reduced by them automatically so you only need to pay the remaining balance.
