I think it's just fair. The teacher cannot control the class, some kids running around and the program always over-run. But if you want explosure to English it's OK.

BB can join starting from 1.5 years old, at the beginning of every quarter only i.e. Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct

If your kid wanna apply the PN, you should not join the Toddlers world but the PN at the YMCA Int'l kindergartner.  Pls see the following website, but you may not able to find the PN application form there.  Just simply call or email them, they will send it to you by email.

I found that they only have K1-3, but no PN (for 2 years old kids).
