I've also had an interview with my son today in TKO Deborah. The questions are as follow:
To the child:
1. What is your name?
2. Point to your eyes, nose, mouth, ears and head.
3. What color is this? ( ask red, blue, yellow, green and orange)
4. Who is your mother and your father?
5. Which one is triangle?
6. Do a puzzle with five pieces.
7. Tidy the things
8. Gave him a toy and a cake and let him to say "Thankyou".
To the parents:
1. Who takes care of the child?
2. What language we usually use?
3. Does he have any siblings?
4. Has he joined any playgroups before?
5. Any questions about the kindergarten?
Actually, i don't expect that they will ask such difficult questions. My child can handle all the questions except he answered all the colors in "Red". Also, he ran away to get the crayons and toy from the cupboard by himself in between the interview.
One more information, the interview was all in English!!!
For more information, the puzzles was not a picture of five pieces. It was a wooden board with five different animals. The teacher picked all those out and let the child to put it back. Actually, she just put them beside the hole. Some of the puzzles had handles and some did not have.
Oh! My God! The listed interview questions look like for K1 instead of N1. My kid only 15 months but she cannot speak her name and she can only speak a few single words. May I know those mentioned questions are from which school? Is it famous school interview questions? I am worried about my daughter's interview.
