If your child is 2 years old, and is taking their "playgroup" style classes, then I would say, don't expect much difference compared to other playgroups that use music, and little instruments, and singing...etc. in the programme.
When you get to 3 years old course Music Wonderland, you START getting some formal learning in basics like clapping rhythm to a piece, high low, and kids get some opportunity to play on the electone but still not much.
Until you get to JMC, which is 4 year olds, long waiting list ..... course runs 2 years , each lesson with a parent and child...... long commitment, but well worth the time and the course is wonderful.
The teacher you get is very important too.
Megabox would have the most choices in days, and times for the lessons.
