囡囡升k3，現在的課外活動如下：
monday - 學琴
wed - e-nopi (math)
thr & fri - smart kids english
sat - phonic & 畫畫
現在佢仲想學埋芭蕾舞.......

我有同樣的煩惱，仔仔跟您女女同齡，但今年是上全日制，所以課外活動只有:
wed - phonics
fri - piano
sat - swimming & taekwondo
現在正考慮連phonics都cut埋，因驚他上學已太累。

有無過來人俾意見。

sorry, your son is study in Vic K3? you think he needs extra phonics class? cannot learn at VIC? thanks for sharing

hi,

我覺得地方係屋企附近嘅話,而幼稚園又返半晝嘅話,可以當興趣班返吓,但一上小學,你就要重組啦!sorry,坦白講我係大人都覺好辛苦！

多謝你意見呢，我都問過佢辛唔辛苦，但佢話唔辛苦，而且好好玩，佢好中意返學....
不過我諗可能比佢玩多一年先算，上小學我相信唔會有咁多時間呢，坦白講，就算佢話唔辛苦，我都覺得好貴呢

hi,

好老實講,我真實經驗,今年呀仔升中一,以前亞仔曾經都試過咁,但冇嘢學得好,好side

,只係學琴及畫畫叫有d成績,所以唔好抱太大期望,當興趣班返吓就算！

我都同意, 因為我小朋友都係返上半晝幼稚園,所以下半晝返吓課外活動, 但一到升小學, 可能再要安排, 因為到時可能小學要返全日, 所以樓主你的編排, 尚可接受, 因為我都肯咁.

That's not too much. Honestly, when kids go to Extra curricular activites and lesson, it's more like the ADULT feels tired, and sun foo... not the child.

Hahaha.

不試又不知那些會比較有興趣及天份.

音樂+運動已經是兩項. 如補小朋友學術不足. 大多要英文. 那麼如果數學不好. 又要補數學. 普通話不足又要學. 以上基本加興趣已經是5樣.

Strongly argee with Pianoko. 我都覺得我好"過份"。囝囝升K2 (4.5yrs old):

Mon: E.nopi Maths (6月開始)
Tue: PTH (學校冇，老師也會幫train朗誦)
Wed: LCM English course (為咗考張cert，年尾會完)
Thu: Swimming
Fri: Nil
Sat: 圍棋 (暑假開始學，亞囝有興趣想繼續學) + Phonics (已學一年多，閱讀英文有明顯進步而學校也沒有教)
Sun: Piano + Fencing (也是暑假才開始學，會俾佢試多一個term)

而家每晚都會陪佢彈琴同玩圍棋。但就唔多肯做E.nopi功課。(佢識做但唔鍾意做) 遲d或者轉珠心算。我也是working mum，安排這麼多活動都是唔想佢係屋企太悶或睇太多電視。

It seems nowadays the average number of extra-curricular activities (include academic classes like Eng, Math & PTH) are at least 5 classes per week, I know some children can learn up to 13 classes per week.  Sometimes I also brag about this kind of learning atmosphere in HK.  I think only Asian children would be forced to take so many afterschool classes.

I am no better than other mothers, I also let my child to take 7 classes per week, include sports, musical instrument, music class, art, English etc....
I can't help myself to enroll all the classes for my girl as I got pressure from outside as well as subconsiously will compare with others at school.

I really hope this kind of "competitive" environment among kids will cease one day.
