5 - 6:30 pm. Must wake her up before 7pm.

If she's too excited that afternoon and can't sleep before 6 pm. We can't force her, will just let her skip the nap. Then she'll sleep earlier that night at 10 pm.

If my girl sleep after 5pm, then she won't sleep until 2-3 am. Sometimes, we will bring her to playgroud and she will forget her nap.

Hello jfk,

My girl started going p.m. class this Sept. Usually no nap time during weekday. Sometime, when she is very sleepy, I let her sleep at 7:00 p.m na wake her up at around 9:00 p.m. to drink her bottle of milk. Usually she can go to bed without big problem after taking her milk and brushing her teeth.
