有冇人拎咗FORM 而又唔報呢?? 我想要份冇名架(因為DOWNLOAD 已有名),有多可唔可以俾我呀??? 萬分感激~~~

but I think they have linked the form # to the applicant's name. I don't think anyone would be able to get a form without a name! What happened to yours?

因為我自己大意DOWNLOAD咗ASCOT CAMPUS張FORM,但其實我想報KLN TONG 0個間!! 雖然我個FRD 俾咗張KLN嘅FORM我,但佢係DOWNLOAD架,所以已經PRINT咗佢個女個名,我又唔知可唔可以就咁改咗佢,所以想知如果有家長親身去拎FORM係唔係冇印名囉,如果有多我好想要一份呀 !!! THKS.................!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too, i have wrongly downloaded the one from Ascot campus but i want the one from Kln Tong ... if they pre-print the name on it, that means we can't get one from others ... :(

I wonder if they would entertain your reason behind getting someone's else form. Call them, no harm! And plus, your friend DID download the correct form, and now forfeited, so they still have the same number of forms-to-kids applied. I hope it works out for you.

I called them la, and they said they will match the name in form with the computer .So I cannot use others form. Anyways ,i giveup this school lu !
