Dear BK parents,

really headache here. do you have any solid advice re the two schools?

mine is a girl and will apply for DS/Private schools for Primiary one.  We aren't sure which one is better.  Some friends comment that SH teaching is very traditional and the school is also crowded.  but i also worry that SKH syllabus is too easy. it has high % of getting into DS/private schools but not sure it's because of parents background.

St. Paul Co-ed 小學都話自己會收25%全無關係的學生，相信其他直資或私立小學都會這樣。正如兩間幼稚園收你，你同樣是沒有任何關係的。給自己女兒一個信心罷。

I have chose SHCK for my daughter so she will also enter SHCK in the coming September for K1.

Depends on WHICH private/ DSS you are planning to put your daughter for P1.  In fact, the choices are really not that many if you have done some research.

My suggestion is SHCK for girls and SKH for boys.  The DSS/ private primary related to SKH is mainly boys/ co-ed.  If you really hope to go for St. Paul's Co-ed, and feel that it is worth taking the chance, then SKH is a good choice anyway.

In my case, I seriously don't want to deal with the P1 allocation so SHCK is the better choice for me, and especially my daughter loves SHCK.

Good luck on your choices!  At the end, both are good schools!
