NET la. My son is studying cambridge course and taught by NET. Cambridge is more on Voca than grammer. Since this is not a complusory course, try something interest. NET will be able to do this.
Chinese teacher is more traditional, just like duck feeding (I think). My son has taken another grammer course and is taught by a local Chinese teacher.
This is just my thinking for choosing teacher.
