Re: 幼兒潛能訓練課程
My girl has also been attending 幼潛 since she was 9 months and 幼兒樂園 since she was 20 months. We joined at the recommendation of my sister.
The teachers there are experienced and some of them are social workers. They are the kind of my dream teachers, loving, caring, attentive, patient and firm on discipline. They are always willing to answer my questions and give me suggestions even when I call them after work. Till now I still keep contact with the teachers.
幼潛 is for smaller babies and 幼兒樂園 is for bigger toddlers. 幼潛 covers fine and gross motor development (e.g. picking up beans, crawling thru' tunnels), balance (e.g. kicking balls), walking, imitation of sounds, classroom rules (e.g. stop playing/tidy up toys at a specific song, sit around a circle at cue), etc.
幼兒樂園 covers fine and gross motor development (e.g. painting, putting beads on a string, dancing and exercising), concepts of shapes, colours, size, body parts, animals, shopping, etc., classroom rules (e.g. tidy up toys at cue, put away glasses and plates after tea time, queue up to go to the toilet,..)
One more point, the fees are unbelievably low, just $1,500 for 10 sessions of 幼潛 (each approx. 1.5 hrs) and $700 for 10 sessions of 幼兒樂園 (each 1.25 hrs). |
