Is there any sucessful case for Maryknoll in the third round? My friend said that's not chance at all.

your friend is absolutely right.

Don't trust anyone say I beg and successful got a seat in P1. They actually knew someone but cannot say so. Unless their girls won World XXX Champion! Gold....

You may try to apply for P3 and P4. I do believe successful candidates are their own ability at these forms..

Good luck , but don't waste your bullets.

Absolutely agree. Almost no chance at all unless you have connections. I do know a real case.

Thanks for the reply. There may have 3 to 5 seats available but I agreed if you have not connection, there's not chance at all. How about ST Mary in 3rd round?

Absolutely agree. My cousin study HK side Marymount long time ago because my uncle know the sister. When I am young we all study in famous school because of Connection. 其實而家用lucky draw 都很好，起碼address 有分，religious 又有分，以前要一早去識校長。I had been visited 修女住的地方，Wah !
當年最新科技都有！！of course come from ........

就算識人都要分等級，like Causeway St Paul 唔係話識人就得 depends on your friends' which level !!!!!

千其唔好俾壓自己及小朋友！

I believe the same applies to other famous schools as well, not just Maryknoll.

Of course, 識校長同識校工當然唔同. But if you have connections (whatever level it is), at least you have a chance.

Lucky draw give us a chance for famous school. My hubby insist to apply the famous school in the first round even we only have 15 points and hope there's a chance in the third round. Actually my son's classmate get in some schools (Holy family / Ying Wah) in third round even though they didn't apply it at all.

frankly say the chance of 3 rd is almost zero. Don't try to do anything but you may try if you have much much confident. otherwise save your energy.

by the way, connection is extremely important. i know one freind's boy got a seat at St. Joseph College becos her relative work at that school. sorry cannot tell u which level. this is a fact.

any chance for st. mary at third round?

報定一間私校做後補，3rd 盡力去寫信，定期寄上小朋友的成績表，只要抱著”盡人事，聽天意”的心態去做，成功固然開心，失敗亦無需失望．未盡力便放棄，結果可以想像．

The chance in the third round will affect the choice in the first round. As a responsible mother, we should try to get information from experience mother before the final decision. Otherwise, you won’t understand why some kids accept by the school in third round even though they are not the best one in the class. We need to play this game and we should think it carefully in order to get the best chance for our kids.
This is only my own opinion & experience.

當然作任何決定前一定要考慮清楚自己的目標及籌碼．例如目標是讀津校，不會考慮私校，那報1st round時一定要選間有打握的．相反如抱著如派不到心水津校，便會讀私校（已有後補），便不妨為達目標盡力而為了．

I have two kids and I pefer free school fee. The choice in the first round is quite important to me.
