上午班與下午班的分別? - 幼校討論

因為之前九龍靈糧堂收咗下午班，亦已交了留位費，但而家唸唸吓，係未讀上午班好d呢，使唔使同學校申請轉上午班呢?
上午班同下午班又咩優點同缺點

點揀好呢?
本人係在職媽媽，將來返學應該係坐校車或工人帶返學。

我個仔讀緊下午班，我同太太都要返工，每晚返到屋企早極都七點幾八點，食完飯已經八點幾九點，如果佢返上午班，我諗佢九點鐘就要訓覺，變左無乜時間可以同佢玩或者溫習，所以我覺得下午班好處就係可以比佢夜啲訓，多啲親子時間，同埋天冷時唔使一早叫醒佢~~~

暫時對我來講無乜壞處~~~

If attend pm class, kids have no nap time, is it good for their growth? And they will have late breakfast and early lunch, so may have no appetite to eat. Will it be your case? Also, when back home, they may be tired and want sleep rather than dinner, will there be any problem?

Could you pls share your kid's time table (meal time and sleeping time)?

我聽過一啲兒科醫生講，小朋友可以三歲開始續漸減少甚至戎午睡習慣，我個仔大約九點幾十點起身，通常起身就飲一支奶，加啲小食（餅或麵飽蛋糕之類），大約十二點食午餐，放學佢又好少訓覺，甚至響校車（回程要個幾鐘）都好少訓，除非果朝好早起身或者食左藥，不過星期六因為要上晝返學校上課外活動，所以七點九要起身，放學後就要返屋企訓晏覺，跟住傍晚再去通利上音樂班，試過一次下晝都有節目，攪到佢好眼訓，就算響車上面訓左大半個鐘，上堂都係無心機兼恰眼訓~~~

我個仔星期一至五o既時間表，大約如下：
9:30-10:00 起身／梳洗
10:00-10:30 食早餐
12:00-12:30 食午餐
12:30 落樓等校車
17:45 放學返到屋企／沖涼
18:00-18:30 晚餐
20:00-20:30 飲湯
23:00-23:15 飲奶／梳洗／訓覺

我女女1-2歲時也經常很晚才睡(12時左右), 早上10-11時才起來, 不睡午覺. 所以上年考到kv am時, 也有考慮轉下午, 橫掂kv的k2也要上下午. 老公又晚回家. 但問完很多人意見後, 也是返上午對小朋友較好.

1, 早上學習能力及專注力較高.
2, 通常am收的學生較醒目, 老師教得多野D.
3, 安排下午上興趣班較方便.
4, 下午可以睡午覺, 對小朋友健康及脾氣也較好.

女女今年上k1, 早睡早起除了身體好了. 回家吃飯後還肯午睡, 脾氣也好了. 至於大人晚回家的問題, 唯有大人辛苦d, 攞公司野回家等小朋友睡了才做. 始終小朋友最緊要...

我個仔早起, 8-8:30am就起身
上午專注力同脾氣都好d
下午日日都要瞓, 一瞓就兩三小時
佢唔瞓脾氣十分壞, 個人有心機
所以我好想佢可以讀上午班
可惜一間我心儀嘅kg收佢下午班, 我都唔知點好
希望可以轉到上午班啦

我個仔而家番上午班, 我覺得時間安排順D, 下午午睡後再玩精神好. 不過而家新的K1 kinder 收左下午班, 去讀又要再安排過D時間, 到時唯有找些近家的活動早上去..因為哩間就算K1成功轉上午, K2都係下午, 下午班避無可避.. 不過大D希望佢唔駛再訓太多啦 (或在校車上訓啦..佢而家已係啦..)

哦，原來上午班收o既學生係較醒目，唔怪得之有兩間幼稚園都係收我個仔讀下午班啦~~~

其實我都想一早安排個仔返上午班，可以銜接小學返上晝，但係我個仔間幼稚園K3只有下午班，咁我諗如果讀兩年上午班，再轉讀下午班，然後到小學又轉多次，倒不如一開始就適應讀下午班，唔使成日要轉作息時間，如果好似根德園咁仲煩，K1amàK2pmàK3am，小朋友響幼稚園已經要轉兩次作息時間，至於興趣班，我其實多數都安排響星期六，平日只係返一日興趣班，所以影響都唔係好大，我諗興趣班唔只返一年，反而一年返上午班，一年返下午班，安排時間仲煩~~~

我強調唔係話下午班好過上午班，因為每個人家庭背境都唔同，大家有唔同需要，只不過我唔覺得上午班一定好過下午班~~~

Personally I don't think am/pm matters that much.

My second daughter is in am class. She has to wake up at 7:00 a.m. and have a nap at 1:00 p.m..

My elder daughter is in pm class. She may wake up a little bit later and also have a nap after school (at about 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. depending on whether she is tired).

Both schedules are doing fine for the two girls.

Of course, you may ask if your child can be swapped to am class.

Dear Jen,

Oh.. hello ah.. you are 2 sis's mom ? They are more better than begining of this year, as my mom finish the operation smoothly.. now I hv an artroom and my mom still teach in her side, and will help me occasionally per week, where your younger one will be for K1 ?

I am the one. Glad to hear that your parents are much better. May be I'll visit your artroom sometime later.

My little one will be in Munsang (for primary school) but what I really like are BUK and Diamond Hill Ling Liang.

Where will your son be?

My girl is in pm class as well, lets me share my girl's schedule:

7am wake up + Milk + Cereal
8:15am lesson at home
9:30am Lunch (1 hour!!! so long)
10:30am sleep
11:35am wake up and drink milk
12:00pm school bus
5:10pm arrive home
5:15pm Dinner
8:00pm Milk
8:30pm go to sleep

The problem about this schedule is that the lunch/dinner is too early AND sometime if she cannot sleep before go to school, and she got to go to bed early say 8pm.....

Normally she will go to other classes after dinner, say 6/7pm. She is busy but happy.

Of course, I would prefer am class as she can sleep like 2 hours in the afternoon.

Some of her classmate have skipped the afternoon nap! wake up at 9am; sleep at 9am.

If ur children got to go to pm class, think about to let your children to sleep early and wake up early!!!! This is quite important!!!!

其實你都講得好o岩, 我覺得每個家庭分配都唔同, 唔代表下午班一定差, 上午班一定好, 只不過係因為家長想安排課外活動好d 而已, 而且就算返下午班, 上午起身時間其實個個都差唔多, 而且我相信家長比小朋友返下午班, 上午一樣可以學嘢, 吸收能力都可以係好好, 我小朋友都係九點左右起身, 佢一起身第一時間就會自己睇barney 同睇圖書, 而且好多時都會攞學校d 書出o黎讀, 我覺得佢同返上午班小朋友冇分別, 有分別嘅只係時間問題, 學習應該都唔會有什麼大分別.
其實只要安排得好, 我覺得上午班同下午班都一樣.

其實係因為我地庭比較夜食飯8:30左右，爸爸又好多時要成9點幾先返，有時仲會夜d，所以而家囡囡瞓覺時間好夜，約11點半左右，瞓到朝早8:30-9:30起身。

所以如果返下午班，就可以夜d瞓，多d見吓爸爸。
但就唔可以瞓晏覺，同埋較難抽時間上興趣班。

而上午班d時間就好似容易就d，見時間用，可以上完興趣班/做功課之後再瞓覺都到，仲可以瞓到5:00-6:00都未太夜。

所以真係唔知點揀?各有好處

我諗妳可以考慮埋妳丈夫o既諗法，如果妳丈夫好想每晚都可以同囡囡玩吓，而囡囡又好鍾意同爸爸玩，咁妳應該比囡囡讀下午班；相反如果妳丈夫每晚返到屋企已經好攰，或者仲有好多野要響屋企做，想靜靜地休息或工作，留待假日先同囡囡玩，咁妳可以比佢讀上午班~~~

我個人感受係親子時間永遠追唔番，小朋友每個階段都有佢o既特性，我好珍惜同我個小朋友o既親子時間~~~
